Terms
Last updated October 7, 2026. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
By creating an AppControler account or connecting a workspace, you agree to these terms. If you use the product for an employer, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
Who may connect a workspace
You must be permitted to connect the Google Workspace tenant you authorize. Connecting a directory you do not administer, or lack consent to inspect, is not allowed. You are responsible for the admin account you use to grant access. Microsoft 365 directory connection is not available yet.
What the service is
AppControler shows AI and other apps authorized with company sign-in, helps an admin decide what stays, and sends reminders for notice dates you attach. If you connect Google Calendar, we add those renewal dates as events on that calendar. That connection is separate from the Workspace scan and can be turned off in Settings. Outlook calendar sync is not available yet. AppControler is not legal advice, a compliance certification, or a full identity-governance platform. How we handle data from Google is described in the privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the API, scrape other customers’ data, or connect a tenant without authorization. We may suspend an account that does any of those things.
Fees
Free use may be limited by stack size or scan frequency. If a paid plan is offered, it is billed at the price shown at checkout. We may change pricing with notice to existing customers before the next billing period.
Availability
We do not promise uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, outages, or provider limits. Data you upload remains your responsibility to keep accurate.
Stopping
Either party may stop using the service. Disconnecting your workspace stops future syncs. You can also revoke AppControler’s access from your Google Account or Workspace Admin console.
These terms are a short working notice for early use of the product. If your company needs a signed customer agreement, email us before connecting a production tenant.
