Billing questions
Can I use the Renewals plan without connecting Google?
Yes. Renewals is built for tracking contracts, domains, and certificates by hand or CSV import — no admin account, no workspace connection. Connecting a workspace for Shadow AI discovery is a Pro feature.
What counts as an item?
Each subscription, contract, domain, or certificate you track is one item. The Renewals plan covers 250; Pro is unlimited under fair use.
How do upgrades and cancellations work?
Manage everything from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You keep your contracts and any discovered apps; features above your new plan stop, and item caps apply to new items only.
